i giggle every time i picture his sweet little buns in them

stuffed

after my high kick on monday (yes, it was a high kick)

i decided it was time for me to get back in the kitchen and try something new

and try something new i did

i stuffed the hell out of a few pasta shells (with spinach, ricotta and parmesan)

there was even enough left over for me to make mi madre a little sampler for her lunch tomorrow

it's the least i can do since she watches Mr. Henry for us on thursdays and fridays

also, am i the only one who looks like a texas tornado blew thru after they cook dinner?

I'm feeling uninspired these days. 

Sort of blah. 

I hate feeling this way. 

I think it's the cold or maybe the new year?

This may or may not happen every year around the same time. 

I like to look these feelings straight in the face. 

Acknowledge them and then kick them to the curb.
